Recurring invoices

Hi,
Could someone tell me if recurring invoices are emailed automatically on the invoice date? I assume they are but can't find anything specifically stating they are.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes, an e-mail is being sent to your customer after you create that recurring invoice(as you arrange the frequency of that recurring invoice). When you click on the Send E-mail button, you receive a pop up notification regarding that e-mail being sent
