Does anyone know how to accept or create a refund for items purchase from vendors and refund to clients after sales? Please advise.

I was wondering if using custom fields we can ad in refund there?

You should purchase the credit/debit notes app to issue refunds. Custom Fields app doesn't work for this purpose.

How does the credit/debit notes work for processing refunds.

Credit notes is to put someone in credit for their next purchase and debut notes is when they owe money
