Reports Category Delay Update

There is a major delay in the update of my information. Example my dashboard indicates the right category adjustments. Example I transferred some payments for 'other' Category to 'Marketing & Advertising' Category. This is updated on my dashboard but the Reports By category still shows these in the 'Others' Category. Its been 2 days no changes.

I am having trouble with this too. We have been importing our company data from QB....figures looks pretty good on the Dashboard, but reports very low or no numbers in them. Can anyone help -as without the reports working we will need to revert to QB
