I have hard time figuring out the setting of permissions for each roles.
Is there any documentation on this?
I read in the forum that must uncheck "Client Portal" in "Read" to make the role appears in "New User".
Must check "Admin Panel" in "Read" else there will be error 403 when login.
Shouldn't these 2 permissions be removed instead.
If I subscribe to "Lite" Dedicated Support, will I get help to configure the roles?

If I subscribe to "Lite", how would the support team helps to configure the roles? Do I need to provide an "Admin" Login?
I wanted to have the following roles:
1. Super Admin - Create new companies, users, assign roles to users. No Accounting menu needed.
2. Manager - Cannot create new companies, can create users and assign these users as "Data Entry", access to accounting.
3. Data Entry - Cannot create users, access to accounting.
Can these be done?
Yes, if you give us the Admin Login then we can do all those requests for you.

Good morning... I have accidentally gone into Roles and change the Manager settings to Accountant. Now I cannot reset again and I could not locate the link to the Role to change back the original settings. I am using the Premium. Please help. Thank you.
