Roles per company

Hi, I'd like to know whether roles affect all the companies under a user, or is there a way to have per company permissions

Hi, by mistake i changed the manager role to employee , with limited access and cant change anything , now there is no admin or manager role assigned to any one . How i can reset it and get back the manager role assigned to admin.
