Search Field with No Result - No Data

On the page - payments, purchase, bills, items, vendors, customers, revenue, users, there is the type to search, when we type to search, It just gives "No Data" on every page. This need to fixed. So we can search for bills, invoices, payments, easily.

I am having the same issue. Really would appreciate this problem fixed as soon as possible! :)
