Sending email is dispalying 

Whoops, looks like something went wrong.

on production.  If I enable APP_DEBUG=true it works correctly.  Not sure why it does not work when APP_DEBUG=false.  Also Images logos do not show correctly when APP_DEBUG=false

I have the exact same issue. sending invoices work with APP_DEBUG=true and otherwise fail.

Apart from that opening the setting-general page produce the folowing error:

Undefined index: financial_start (View: /var/www/bs_acc/resources/views/settings/settings/edit.blade.php)
