Sending to hotmail/live/outlook email addresses

Hi
Does anyone have problems when trying to send invoices to clients who are using hotmail/live/outlook email addresses?
Other email addresses seem to be fine (including @gmail.com)
I am using the PHP Mail protocol so that emails are sent from [email protected]
Is there a solution to this (Sendmail? SMTP?)

Sending emails to Outlook users is kinda tricky as Microsoft has very strict rules. You can apply the following instructions or use our Cloud service (for free):

1. When you say your Cloud service, I'm not sure what you mean. I am currently using the PHP Mail protocol from the Email settings dropdown [Log Emails|PHP Mail|Sendmail|SMTP] - is it one of these

2. I have managed to get details (see below) from an invoice sent to a gmail address as below. If necessary, would I just use the link you provided to submit a request to Microsoft for IP 149.72.213.18?
