SMTP Security greyed out

Hi there.
Just having trouble getting the email to work on a local installation.

When I choose protocol SMTP, i can enter values into all of the variables, however the SMTP Security (which shows as a dropdown list) is greyed out (and stuck on SSL).

No matter what I can do, i am unable to get the application to send email.
I have set the .env variables (although from other forum posts, it looks like Akaunting no longer inherits those values.

.env
MAIL_DRIVER=mail
MAIL_HOST=outlook.office365
MAIL_PORT=587
MAIL_ENCRYPTION=TLS

App Settings
Protocol: SMTP
SMTP Host: outlook.office365.com
SMTP Port: 587
SMTP Username: [email protected]
SMTP Password: Password
SMTP Security: SSL (greyed out, cant change it)

I know there are no issues with the credentials as I have an identical setup on another application (UCRM from Unifi) which is what I currently use to generate invoices (as in same username, password and connection configuration)

I currently use UCRM as my CRM/Invoicing tool and akaunting to manage my books, but im looking to migrate fully to Akaunting and this is holding me back at the moment :-)

Error is
Connection could not be established with host outlook.office365.com :stream_socket_client(): SSL operation failed with code 1. OpenSSL Error messages:
error:1408F10B:SSL routines:ssl3_get_record:wrong version number

Which is assume due to attempting via SSL instead of TLS.
Any help would be much appreciated :-)
