Source code after module is purchased

Hi, I would like to know before I make a purchase. I need to purchase the "Double Entry" module. With this module, do I get the source code for the same.

Is there time duration applicable for the getting of the new source code, e.g. "Double Entry" module.

Please advice.

Also, how do I setup the new module locally to test it up before moving the same to my live server?
