Still no footer with bank details?

There was a question about this a year ago. Doesn´t everybody else also need the bank details in every invoice? I would love to avoid putting them in the notes section. Just takes too much time when it could be there automatically?

Great. When will that be? Will you consider making an extra field for the shipping costs? I am sure I am not the only producer who is shipping goods with always changing shipping costs and it would be great (also visually) to have it as an extra field after subtotal that I can manually add the costs in. I also have trouble with the invoices once I download them as pdf files. The Euro symbol is too close to the numbers, almost cutting them. Also, it couldn´t identify the symbol for Czech Krowns. I had to change every single symbol in the PDF reader. Can I do something about it? Thanks for your help.
