Still showing income even deleted

Hello,
I mistakenly entered the a journal entry in the wrong way for a purchase and I made cash Dr instead of cash Cr. At first l, I entered, purchase Dr to expense Cr. and Cash Dr to Purchase Cr of 6000rs amount.

I deleted those 2 entries and entered a new journal entry in a correct way. Purchase Dr. to Cash Cr, which is correct.

Now I am surprised to see that on Dashboard to see that amount still income on Total income as there is no income; category by Income - deposit:6000rs, should be zero. And Cash account should be minus the amount (-6000rs) as cash has 0.

But on the double entry dashboard, Total income by COA is 0, which is correct, other are also correct.

I have looked in the database too, but I could not find it other than in one entered correctly. I tried to fix manually but could not. I deleted the data from the DB, the wrongly entered journal entries.

I could not figure out the where the income come from in normal Income. On COA, there is not.
