Subscription renewal issue

Hi, we have an issue with subscription renewal. The annual subscription expired, and was renewed on Monday via the dashboard. Our credit card was charged the appropriate amount (usd 288). However, as of Tuesday we cannot access any part of our data nor the dashboard. Whenever we try to login to our dashboard we get forwarded to a page with available plans, saying that our plan expired and needs to be renewed.

We opened a ticket yesterday, but got no response.

Any ideas what to do?
