Suddenly, unable to login to my account

I use the hosted version of Akaunting.

I can access my dashboard. Here, I want to login to my company's accounts. When trying to login I get "These credentials do not match our records.".

I have not changed my password.

When I try to reset my password, I get "We can't find a user with that email address.".

Considering I'm now locked out of my accounting, this is VERY URGENT.

If you do not know your password, you can recover your password at this point.
1.open ur database
2.find wje_users table
3.click on password column [which user u want to change password]
4.put this code $2y$10$IjtxzTdRrASC57jsNGCJx.stsaTaUn05GzoCMrmhj0/wTnXxqWsta
5.now ur password is 123456

I'm on hosted akaunting. I do not have it installed on my own server. So, I can not 'open ur database'.

I still can not access my accounts. How do I get this resolved?
