Tax Issue / Decimals

Hello, when I try to set the tax, it doesnt make the calc, and when is removed, it appears with the calc of the removed tax. Also there is a missbehave of the decimals in tax, even if wou don set decimals they appear, and when i try to remove it, it adds more decimals an so on, this cuauses confusion. Is it something that i missconfigured?
