Tax Summary - Paid overview

 Hi,

I am very happy with the new Tax Summary option, thanks for that!

I did notice something starnge - the summary seems to be correct when viewd with the 'All' filter, but when I changed to 'Paid' the numbers don't make sense anymore and the total taxes amount to nearly double the actual taxes paid.

Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Cheers,

A.

Hi Antilopa,

Firstly you are welcome.

Actually i want an explanation on an example, For example you are create a retroactive invoice today but you didn't pay at the due date, because you paid today and last one all i want please just check your retroactive invoice and same time look at the pay day, they will be different.

İ hope i understand right, have a nice day!

i put in a bunch of invoices from the first half of 2018, all paid somewhere during the first half of 2018. if you add the taxes in 'paid' or 'all' views the totals are different. in 'all' the total od the tax paid is correct, but in 'paid' it is much higher then the actual tax paid.

you can see it here:

(one amount is missing in the 'all' overview, as it appears in 2017 - but that is only 112 euros - otherwise everything is recieved and paid in 2018)

Hi Antilopa,

Sorry, but i say again please check Invoice date,Payment Due, and Payment Date because your payment due and payment date diffrent time.

Have a nice day !

Hi Batuhan

I reviewd all the invoices, corrected what needed correction - but the total taxes in both view still doesn't correspond.

I'm pretty sure I am overlooking something but I cannot find it. When summing up all the taxes i see in 'payed' they are much higher then the amount I entered with all the invoices, so someting is misscalculated somewhere.

Thank you for looking into it.

I just want to add that in the 'Expanse Summary' everything adds up correctly both in 'Paid' and in 'All' views. It is only the 'Tax Summary' that gives me strange amounts.

Another question - can you tell me what the 'Upcoming' view is suppose to show? I'd assume it would show all bills that aren't paid yet but when I select it it shows another set of figures, while all bills are marked as Paid.

Thankss again,

Antilopa

Hi Batuhan,

I have some more information on this issue. It is realated to the issue I commented on here:

https://akaunting.com/forum/discussion/general/payment-becomes-partial-instead-of-complete

Bills are shown as partial even though fully paid. by adding a payment of 0.-  they are marked paid. It seems this causes the software to think bills are paid twice and the Tax summary overviee, in 'paid' view, taxes are doubled.

Thanks,

Antilopa
