The state of Texas requires that users report taxable sales, not just the tax owed. I can't find a way to extract this info without looking at every single invoice.
Hey Brad,
Any real example/table of this case?
Here's the paper form https://comptroller.texas.gov/forms/01-117.pdf
Total Sales, Taxable Sales, Taxable Purchases (which doesn't apply to me, but it's not something that can be extracted either).
I've found a number of issues that I can't work around, so I'm moving to another platform. I hope you guys can continue to improve this software. Thanks!
Similar situation in Canada. Is this being addressed?
Agree, the tax report is lacking in detail and/or the ability to customise views to local requirements. Just the includion of taxable sales vs taxes owed would definitely be a very good starting point but sometimes there is also a need to be able to categorise taxes owed by capital vs non-capital expenditures.
