The email has already been taken

Few months back I used my personal mail id and tried Akaunting.com. Now I used a common user id to create Company and setup all configuration. But I need to create a User and Customer with my personal user id. But while saving I get the error "The email has already been taken.". On top of this issue now I am not able to login to app.akaunting.com with my personal email id. I am stuck now, any feedback?

The issue was happening due to the password manager extension filling email and password automatically.
