The fiscal date change every year.

Hello,
In Nepal, the fiscal date is different every year. In fact, in nepalese calendar is same, i.e. Sharawan 1, but to that date every year, english date is differ. sometime July 16, or July 17 or July 18. I think this will conflict in accounting for Nepal. Do we have any solution for this?
