The new transaction is now shown for new fiscal year

Hello,
I did entires for new fiscal year after the end of old fiscal year. But on dashboard, and on report it is just showing for the previous fiscal year only. If we filter by date, it shows the filter dates. Could you please tell how it works for the new fiscal year transactions.
