The version 1.3.12, Settings->General contain error

After checking the code, the settings/edit.blade.php contains $setting['financial_year'] in which the financial_year is not defined in the Settings/Settings.php controller.
Believe this is a new feature but not for the version 1.3.12.

Yes, I am getting the same error.

Just found that new record in the table one_settings (where key='general.financial_start') is missing and causing the error. After manually added the record, then can open the page.
