Hey guys. Just signed in. Going through "Cloud" version. I'm logedin the Dashboard, click on my company. 


I'm then asked again for my email and password. I enter it and then I get this error message:


These credentials do not match our records.

I can't log in to the app too. I have tried reset my password but i am redirected again and again after entering my valid creadential. I also tried to use other browser and nothing happened.

I've tried your suggestion, but no luck. It doesn't solve the problem. After entering my email and new password I am redirected again and again to login page  https://app.akaunting.com/auth/login. However I managed to login to the dashboard, but not to my company.


FYI : I already tried to login with my PC, laptop, tablet, and phone with Chrome, Firefox, and Edge with browser cache cleared but none of those worked.


This is my first time using Akaunting. I even have not input my small business info to the Invoice settings yet. Why Akaunting gave me such a disappointing experience this early? :(

Hi Davin,


I know sometimes we can not get results despite trying, but don't worry because we are still here and still developing. We care about every idea of our users and we are working on new ideas. We apologize if you are disappointed. Last thing sometimes it happens in the problems arising from the users and we are trying to help as long as we can. Please try again and let us know if you still have the same problem.
