Too many dashboard created automatically

I am wondering why too many dashboards created automatically? How to stop creating unnecessary dashboard created.

Make sure you've assigned a dashboard to that user:

Of course, I have assigned a dashboard to the user. It is happening to the main user with all permission, I think, it is automatically created when creating a new company. I have 5 dashboards created automatically to existing/previous/ old company. Why and how?

What is your Akaunting/PHP/MySQL version? Have you made any changes in code?

My PHP version is 7.3. Not much, I have not changed anything on the core. just on .env to add credential details and maybe on the footer for note.

PHP VERSION 7.3.21, MySQL Version 10.3.24-MariaDB-cll-lve, Apache Version 2.4.46. So, how to stop from creating too many dashboards automatically, unnecessarily?
