Transaction Page - Income - Expenses = Profit Incorrect?

I have 3.0.4 installed on premise on Kubuntu 22.04 LTS. Can someone confirm that the summary at the top where it shows INCOME - EXPENSES = PROFIT is working correctly? 1. For me, those values are only a recap of what is shown on the screen and not a running total calculation. 2. Also, transfer from account to account are report as income and expenses so when you look at that summary the income and expenses are actually overstated.
