Transactions page isn't opening

 The transactions page isn't opening with the message "whoops, looks like something went wrong." Everything else seems fine. Thanks. 

The same message is given when I try to delete a payment and when I import payments. This is happening for 2 days now. I'm really confused on why this is a problem and if it only affects me. Thanks.

I have just imported some transactions and had to recategorise but I can't seem to edit the transactions either. The hyperlink is being displayed on teh date field but when I click it I get the "something went wrong message" as well.

Actually, it is a 404 error with the page requested being purchases/payments/0/edit. Maybe there is a redirect error in my .htaccess set up...? I copied the file from the installation zip file as left verbatim. Is there something in there that I should have edited perhaps?
