Transfering between different currencies

Hi,

 

When I transfer from USD to USD while the default currency is TRY it is converting with the exchange rate on TRY-USD but the currencies are same.

 

Simarly when I transfer from USD to TRY it is not converting.

 

Am I missing smt.

 

Another thing is can I use Excahnge rates for each day instead of one rate for everyday?

this is my problem also, can't convert USD income to a TRY bank account, 1750 $ goes to TRY account as 1750 :/ This is really a bigger thing for me, so I'll hold using.
