Unable to add a New User

Hi Dev Team

We are unable to create a new user in admin control panel. We tried several times but the system has to show nothing. We have hosted the latest version of akaunting software on our server.

Pls, look into this matter and do the needful action.

Hi Chitti Babu,

Please check admin role ( Roles > Admin )

(Create Companies Companies, Read Companies Companies, Update Companies Companies, Delete Companies Companies)

it should be selected

If this solution not solve your issue. I wan to check your akaunting.

As per your advice, I have checked admin role & permissions and everything was selected, But new user can't be added in admin control panel.
