Unable to add company

I have a new install of Akaunting on a self hosted vps. It is running 2.1.30. I have purchased and installed about 11 apps. When I try to add a new company it gets to the taxes section (3) and there is an error when I press next. it shows section 4 very briefly and then says oops something went wrong and reverts back to section 3. Any idea what this could be?

I also upgraded Akaunting on a self hosted vps. It is running 2.1.30. it hit error page when I switch to other company. show "
HTTP 500 Internal Server Error" and "Call to a member function getAttributes() on null"

Anyone encounter the same problem and can help. thanks
