Unable to edit users

Hi,

I am unable to edit users, but able to edit roles. This maybe related to the new update.

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Stef,

We did not have any issues related to your case. Could you please make sure that the Role that you are currently using has permission to read-edit-create-delete authorizations

Hi Melda,

I must have done something stupid, but I can not remember doing anything.

Currently the following is not ticked in the Manager Roles:-

Portal Profile
Portal Invoices
Portal Proposals
Portal Payments
Backup Restore Settings Backup
Estimates Portal Estimates
Sales Purchase Orders Settings Sales
Sales Purchase Orders Settings

Every thing is marked in Create and Delete.

I created a new role with everything marked except Client Portal and created a new user within role and all companies. When I sign in with this user I only get the Profile and not able to do anything else.

Any help would be appreciated. This is on 2.1.22 of app.akaunting.com

Appreciate for the information. However since from this point further on we can not interfere with your system. Therefore I suggest you check out our Dedicated Support Packages for further help. We will be happy to help you with that.
