Unable to find GBP in currency list

Hi, I am trying to create a new GBP account, however I am unable to find GBP in the currency list. Is this a system error? My list goes straight from FKP to GEL.

Nevermind, I managed to find out how to add currencies. However I am trying to made transfers between 2 accounts of different currencies and realised Akaunting only uses the exchange rate that I have set up initially. Is there a way to manually set a different exchange rate for every transfer?
