Sorry for posting here but as I do have this issue since november on the web portal.
My situation is that on the 1er November i couldn’t pay my subscription for the quotes apps with my cards, i tried many and couldn’t get throught it. Either related to the payment platform behind or something else.
As new year is coming I would like like to start fresh.
I did send a contact form on November without getting an answer.
Could you delete my current card and assist me with the purchase ?
