Unable to log in

Hi
i'm new user of akaunting , recently I have receive a message " Action Required: You've reached the maximum number of companies allowed for your plan. You can delete the unused ones or click here to review the plan and upgrade" .
but I've register and create only one company account , as we also Volunteer Welfare Association.
Could some one can help me to solve this issue cos now i cant log in and update my accounting.

I need some one can help me to solve this issue. Thank you.

I notice that my DashBoard have 2 blank companies , is it will effect my plan, How can I delete it.

My Dashboad have 3 , but one is my Association name, another 2 Dashboad is extra how can I delete its, cos I cannot delete its. Please advice. Thank you

And I cant log in to update my bill and invoice since 3 weeks ago. Kindly help me to solve this issue as soon as possible.
