I tried resetting the password from login screen using Reset Password button. It throws error: We can't find a user with that e-mail address.
Whereas the email addresses used for resetting the password exist in users (for admin user account) and customer section (for customer email accounts.).
What could be the error? and how to resolve it?
Any help in this regard would be highly appreciated.
