Unable to subscribe to a plan

when i try to subscribe, the pay now button doesnt lead anywhere. im stuck. can someone guide?

I did ! no response!
tried to raise a ticket...says u need to have a plan....the whole point is im unable to access my data coz now there is no free plan !!!
when i try to pay for a plan, the payment button doesnt lead to a payment page !!! plz respond here or on my email on account. Appreciate a better customer support
