User Permission

I am trying to change the permission, however I can not see any Permission button as the photo in this topic shows:

Basically what I see is only USER and not Roles and Permission.

Any Idea where I can find the Permission?

Omid, those are not available on Cloud yet but will be available very soon.

So I cant have 2 manager on Cloud, can I ?

Yes you can, just create a user.

I do add user but they are not being added to the list. And there is no email to the user. 
Once they are added (virtually) I cant add them again. So system knows they are added, but they are not being shown and they can not login.

Roles page is now available on Cloud service.

I am a new user, I just installed the application in to my sever, I am having the similar issue - I created new roll, but when i went to add the roll to a user the roll i created is not available to assign to the new user.

Can you please help me? Would apprciate your assisstant.
