User unable to login in

Hello,


I am testing the cloud version of Akaunting.


I created 2 users (other than admin) with different roles each. On my laptop, I can login to only 1 user. But I tried on other computers in the office, I always get an invalid user id or password error to the extent of the account being blocked for a number of seconds.


Is there a role setting I forgot to tick or something that is preventing these 2 accounts from login?

Not an answer to your question but it greatly may help me.


 


Other than the admin, how and where(url) did you login with that one user? I tried to make another user (other than admin) but not sure where to login using the new user.

Hi,


 


At the same URL where you login as admin. If you are using the same computer, make sure you log out first.
