Hello,

I recently registered for the cloud based system and finding it such an excellent work. Thank for that you guys. However, i have a question - When i create one user can he login using a specific email and password? I created one user already but seems loggin it not working as it turns out as an error saying password is incorrect. Kindly clarify this. Thanks

Have you assigned the user to a role that has Read Admin Panel permission?

Hi Marco, No I have not given the read admin panel permission as i do not want the other user to read the information on the dashboard etc. I have only given him the permission to create the expenses only. 

You should give that permission otherwise can't log in.

I have given the permission. I created a roll as Staff. Then i created the user and try to assign the user's role to staff. But in the field Only manager's role is showing and staff is not visible to assign. Do you have some video or guidance that i can follow to create the users and roles Please? Thanks in advance.

Hello,

You should NOT check the "Read Customer Panel" permission for that Role.
