V3.11 making bill payments

When trying to save a new payment for the full amount there is an error passed:
Error: Payment not added! The amount you entered passes the total: £x.xx
EG: When trying to add a payment for a bill of £8.62 the error is: Error: Payment not added! The amount you entered passes the total: £8.62
Error is not there if you make a partial payment below this amount EG: £8.61 but then there is an amount outstanding obviously.

I have this exact same error, but it also happens when making invoice payments (i.e. it's universal). Wish I knew the file/line to change to correct the over-strict laravel validation...!

Wow, they fixed it FAST! 3.1.2 is already out, with the fix .... but every time I try running the update, it says it installed then I get redirected to the update page telling me to upgrade (as if it nothing happened)

Sorry, ignore that. Must've been hung up in cache or something - it works now.
