v3.x - Roles and Permissions

Hi,

I just made the upgrade to v3.x on my self-hosted akaunting instance. I am struggling to find the Roles and Permissions management. In reviewing the source code and the pricing structure it appears this is moving to a premium function. Question is how can those whom self-host the software get the functionality back?

Logically I would think there should be an app but I cannot find one?
