VAT . Prices problem

Good morning, I'm having problems for days.
When I write a price and try to calculate the VAT it gives me an error, it does not calculate it on the final invoice and I cannot edit my invoice logo. The app does not save it
Some one have the same problem? Can you help me with this error? Thanks

What is that error?

I create an article and at the time of putting the sale price I put "61.98" and when saving it is saved only with "61". It doesn't let me put decimals.
It happening with a lot of times.
Also Before I can create and article and choose the price I want in the right moment of doing the invoice, and now I can´t, It doesn´t let me and when I tried to choose the VAT opcion it doens´t save
