"We will work on fixing that right away" But...

Since last 1 week, getting below message on the site :

" 500 Internal Server Error"

It start coming after deleting one entry in Transfers. It further saying that "We will work on fixing that right away." but nothing till now.

We wonder what could be solution of it.

Thanks for the response, but the issue is not fixed yet. Under transfers its still showing me "500 Internal Server Error" Under SP Pvt Ltd. account.
Appreciate your prompt response on that please.
