Whitespace on newlines in custom email templates

Currently when you are creating your email template, each newline (enter-key) creates a new paragraph. Is it possible get two lines under each other without them being separated by whitespace? It could also be helpful for us to create our own HTML templates so we can add more styling than just bold, italic, underline, url, quote and lists.

I don't want to push my limits but I found something else while trying to make e-mail templates. About 2 out of 3 times I try to save my e-mail settings, it does not save the changes I made to the e-mail settings. For instance what I did was adding three dots somewhere in the template (...) and saving it. This went well. But later I removed these three dots and saved again, but they kept showing up. I'm on the latest version of Akaunting.
