Hey guys, I'm running the standard version of Akaunting (not hosted in my own cloud server) and from one moment to the other I got the "Whoops, looks like something went wrong" message when I tried to log in to my account.
The tricky thing is that I have 2 accounts / workspaces. One of them works just fine, but this other one (where I've been loading months and months of transactions) suddenly stopped working.
What can I do to get some help considering that I can't turn on DEBUG MODE as I've read in other posts?
Thanks in advance!
Hello Hernan,
I was not able to find any account on our cloud with your email address. What's the address you're using there?
Regards
Hi Denis, it is [email protected] and the workspace is 'Indicius'.
Thanks in advance for your help, I'm desperate to get this fixed.
Hi Denis, it has been a week since my last message. Are you going to be able to help? I haven't been able to update our accounting situation since this issue started around a month ago. Not good :(
Hello,
We've fixed your company, it seems you had set the rate of USD currency to 0.
Regards
Thanks SO MUCH
Hi Denis,
I think I ran into the same issue once again. It looks like when I submit the rate of USD currency using a ',' the system sets the value= 0 and I can't fix it anymore. Decimal numbers can be defined with a ',' or a '.' depending on the country. Here in Argentina we use a ','. Even though I've been very careful, I again forgot to change the ',' for a '.'
So, 2 things here:
Please let me know ASAP, as I won't be able to use the platform until this is fixed.
Thanks!
PS: Is it convenient / easy to migrate from 'cloud' to 'download' version? Do you guys do that as a paid service?
Crazy thing is that I can access screens like https://app.akaunting.com/expenses/payments for example, but it wouldn't let me access the Dashboard at https://app.akaunting.com/
Guys, please, someone help me with this. It has been 4 days since I submitted the issue.
Thanks
