Wrong format on invoices

Good Day,

My invoices are not generating with the correct format one printed or downloaded.

any solution for this? I have the same problem

The Developers are not giving us any answers or solutions at the moment. The only workaround i found is to select everything on the invoice preview (Left click and highlight) and them right click and click print. Then print as PDF. Its not perfect but it works. Please let me know if anyone else has any other solutions. Thanks

I acknowledge this thread is 2 years old, but I see the same issue with a brand new install in 2024. Print works as expected, but when exporting to a PDF, document loses all formatting... Initially pdfs did export correctly, but something has caused it to now fail after setting up the rest of the company details.
