Bill received don't allow partial receipt

Once the bill is generated we are unable to mark as received for limited line items or limited quantity. by default all the materials are marked as received. any option to mark partial items receipt.

I'm sorry but that's not possible and don't think it'll be available in a short time as it changes the workflow totally.
