Enable/Disable Mail templates

Hello guys,

One of my clients complaints about the automatic emails sent to his clients.
He request me if we could only dispatch e-mails when he clicks on "Send Email" button.

I could remove the template from the database, but this will throw an error.

I Came up to the possibility to add a switcher to enable/disable templates. Then Akaunting can dismiss it in case it is disable.

Let me know your thoughts.
