Example Companies and Data

I think it would be a good idea to create some example companies with some data entered in. This will give us a better understranding on how to setup our categories, vendors, etc. Some good example companies would be
A consulting firm
Attorney Office
reseller company
Non Profit
A Bar
Pizzashop
The list can go on.
