Expense Report

I'm looking for an expense report that I can filter by year, item category, and item. This would be very helpful for doing end of year taxes when one needs to separate our different business operating expenses. As of now I have to maintain a separate spreadsheet with each item and this is basically duplicating work and gives room for errors. Ultimately is would be nice to do ad-hoc reports on the database so we can create our own customer reports. Thanks!
