Payment option for payments on your website --> Accounting automation

Hi

It would be very nice if you could hookup the system in some way so you could have payment options on your website e.f "pay now" for order, service etc which then logs/automates all payments in Akaunting.

Let's say you have this cost & quote calculator for example on your website for the customer:

and then when you are taken to the payment of project/service xyz it is logged within the Akauning system. It doesn't have to be the above wordpress plugin of course as it is merely an example of what I mean with direct payments on your website. It could be an "pay now" button (with paypal whatever) and so forth.

So in other words some kind of api or way to have website payments directly logged within the Akaunting system when a customer buys something from your website.

What do you mean with your website? akaunting.com?

I mean the customer pays for something on your own website with an "PayPal button"/ "Pay now button" (whatever) on the company website and once the transation is done/complet which then is logged in Akauniting.

Lets say the customer pays for 10 hours of webservice/coding whatever at the rate of 100 USD per hour and clicks the "pay now" button on Company XZY https://www.companyxzy.com

The customer receives a confirmation (of course), for the purchase/transaction and the sale is logged directly in Akaunting...

Maybe a product module is needed (??) in Akaunting for this to happen whe you set prices etc and then you generate the link/button or something like that?

Maybe product module is not needed (??), but you can use api to automate the transactions and log them?

Share with them the unique invoice link and they can pay.

Of course, you need to set up a payment gateway behind.

Thanks but I already have those gateways and I think you misunderstand what i mean.

I am sorry If I am unclear in someway. Let me explain myself again.

You cannot use invoice link for something that haven't been ordered yet.

The customer (end-user) chooses something from your shopping cart (or whatever mentioned above) for a goods or a service and then makes payment. I want those transactions logged and automated in the accounting system and it would be neat if there was method for doing that.

Current method is the customer is already a customer and logs into the portal and/or you send them the link... But you cannot do that for person that is simply browsing off your website and chooses to purchase a goods or service directly from you.

Kind regards

Hello,

Your customer doesn't need to get logged in to pay with the invoice link.
