This would be a nice feature, as soon as you add a payment it would automatically send en email of the confirmation that you recieved payment as well as any other previous balances owed
2 years ago and still no way of sending an payment confirmation to a customer?
its strange because in the settings for the emails there is a template for payment received. yet no where to actually send that email.... is it automatic????
there is also templates for overdue notices. is this automatic too??? we have no way of knowing if a reminder has been sent
